CARD Box

Required tools:

  • Glue (Wood glue is best, but just about any adhesive will work)

  • Masking Tape (You can of course use clamps for clamping pieces together, but it is overkill)

Don’t Forget: Dry fit all pieces first!

Note: Many pieces will by symmetrical in such a way that they will fit in multiple positions. When given the option we suggest orienting them so that any laser burn marks are on the inside, so that a cleaner exterior is maintained.

Identify pieces

Locate the pieces to be assembled, dry fit to make sure you have the correct orientation.

Insert dividers & apply glue to all tabs

Fold in sides and secure with tape

For optional felt lining:

Identify and Appy

You will have a small piece to apply to the back of each stack, and a single long piece that will run down the sides and along the bottom.

You will be glad to have taken time to get proper alignment when applyig.

For best results use something hard but not sharp to press into corners.

You may find that there is a small amount that will have to be trimmed off after application.
